Passports
- The Huron Public Library is a Passport Acceptance Agency. Completed, unsigned, application forms, appropriate documents and identification can be presented to an Acceptance Agent for processing.
- REMINDER: As of June 1, 2009, under the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative, U. S. Citizens will be required to present a government-approved document that denotes both citizenship and identity when entering United States. A passport is government-approved document; a driver's license is not.
- Complete passport information, including forms, information on documentation required, fees, and additional passport and travel information is available at U.S. Department of State.
- If you complete the forms before coming to the library, please do not sign them.
- Please call ahead (419) 433-5009 to be sure a Passport Acceptance Agent is available during regular library hours.
