Heart Healthy Exercise:
Walking with Higher Intensity Interval Training

Did you know that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), in which periods of higher intensity exercise are interspersed with rest periods, is a superior way to lose weight and improve cardiovascular health? Don’t let the name scare you- intensity is relative. This class is designed for people of all activity levels, and will have you walking your way to a healthier you. Presented by the Wellness Coordinator from the Kingston Community.
