The practice of hatha yoga helps us to become connected with our thoughts and actions. "Ha" translates to "sun" and "tha" to "moon," referring to the balance between masculine (sun) and feminine (moon) aspects within all of us. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance, enhancing strength in both body and mind, and allowing us to trust in ourselves in times of need. Our thoughts and energy create our reality, which in turn is part of the universe. This class is for all levels of yoga users, from beginner on up and will include meditation and asanas (poses).
