A cultural melting pot of residents from all over the world, Cleveland is a city full of distinct dishes waiting to be tasted. Join authors and Clevelanders Fran Golden and David G. Molyneaux on a gastronomic tour like no other as they discuss their book Unique Eats and Eateries of Cleveland. The authors draw on stories of the people who built and maintain the city’s iconic restaurants, ranging from fine dining downtown to tiny storefronts. “Meet” famous local chefs and learn regional food lore. Join them on this scrumptious expedition!
